Section 9201-8.0 - Ice Skating- Environmental D V iolations8.1 No person shall ice skate or enter upon any frozen pond, lake or stream administered by the Division except on areas as may be designated by the Division.8.2 Areas where ice skating is permitted by the Division shall be marked and no person shall be permitted on the ice outside of such designated area.7 Del.
