Section 3300-3306 - Closure of Department Ponds During Drawdowns

(Penalty Section 7Del.C.§ 1304)

1.0 It is unlawful for any person to fish in any pond or lake administered by the Department when the water level in said pond or lake is lowered for the purpose of aiding in the control of aquatic vegetation, the conservation of fishes or the repair of water control facilities, provided said pond or lake is duly posted with signs by the Division that state said pond or lake is closed to fishing.
