Section 1135-5.0 - Reporting Requirements

5.1 A federal agency making a conformity determination under 8.0 of this regulation must provide to the appropriate EPA Regional Office or Offices, the Department and, where applicable, affected Federal land managers, the agency designated under § 174 of the CAA and the MPO a 30-day notice which describes the proposed action and the Federal agency's draft conformity determination on the action and an opportunity for consultation on the draft conformity determination.

5.2 A federal agency must notify the appropriate EPA Regional Office or Offices, the Department and, where applicable, affected federal land managers, the agency designated under § 174 of the CAA and the MPO within 30 days after making a final conformity determination under 8.0 of this regulation.
