Section 200-B-203 - Subpoenas and Oaths(a) For the purpose of any proceeding under the Act, the Director, the Presiding Officer, or any officer designated by the Director may administer oaths and affirmations, subpoena witnesses, compel their attendance, take evidence, and require the production of any books, papers, correspondence, memoranda, agreements, or other documents or records which the Director or Presiding Officer deems relevant or material to the proceeding. The authority to subpoena witnesses and documents outside the State shall exist to the maximum extent permissible under federal constitutional law.(b) Subpoenas issued under this Rule shall be subject to and comply with Rule 304.6 Del. Admin. Code § 200-B-203
