This regulation applies to banking organizations and trust companies, other than resulting branches in this State of out-of-state banks or federal savings banks not headquartered in this state but maintaining branches in this State. The estimated and final franchise tax reports that accompany this regulation are found in regulations 1104 and 1105, respectively. Regulations 1106, 1107 and 1108 are applicable to federal savings banks not headquartered in this State but maintaining branches in this State. Regulations 1110, 1111 and 1112 are applicable to resulting branches in this State of out-of-state banks.
