Section 2201-4.0 - Satisfaction of Mortgages and Other Security Interests4.1 Upon full performance of a debt obligation or duty secured by a mortgage or a conveyance in the nature of a mortgage on real estate, a licensee holding such a mortgage or conveyance shall cause a proper record of its satisfaction or performance to be made within 60 days as required by 25 Del.C. Ch. 21.4.2 A licensee shall take all necessary action to discharge, satisfy or release any other security interest for a loan under 5 Del.C. Ch. 22 within 30 days from the date that the loan is satisfied or fully performed.5 Del. Admin. Code § 2201-4.0
