Section 712-4.0 - Findings and Decision4.1 Within 30 days of receipt of the completed application, the Commissioner shall issue Findings and Decision approving or disapproving the application. Any merging bank whose application is disapproved shall receive an opportunity to amend its application to satisfy the objections of the Commissioner.5 Del. Admin. Code § 712-4.0
