Section 3304-1.0

Pursuant to §3322(d) of Title 5 of the Delaware Code, the activities incidental to the conduct of a Bidco shall include, but not be limited to the following:

1.1 Electronic Data Processing Services

1.2 Investment Advisory Services

1.3 Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Internal Auditing Services

1.4 Personnel Services

1.5 Marketing Analysis

1.6 Advetising Services

1.7 Security Services

1.8 Transportation of Valuables Services

1.9 Agent Services for Leasing of real property, business equipment, and business vehicles

1.10 Underwriting and brokerage services for issues of commercial paper, securities and other debt and equity instruments

1.11 Corporate Agent Services

1.12 Employee Benefit Planning Services

1.13 Pension Fund Management Services
