Section 1331-18.0 - Copies of Evidence Available to Applicants18.1 A transcript of the evidence before the Board shall not be furnished to the parties, but parties may purchase a copy of the transcript from the person who transcribed the evidence.18.2 When a case is appealed to the Superior Court, a transcript of the evidence shall be furnished as provided by statue.19 Del.
