Section 1002-1.0 - Authority

1.1 This regulation is adopted and promulgated by the Commissioner pursuant to 18 Del.C. § 314 and § 910 et seq. of the Delaware Insurance Code, and in accordance with 29 Del.C. Ch. 101.
