Section 1404-16.0 - Licensing16.1 No producer is authorized to market, sell, solicit or otherwise contact any person for the purpose of marketing long-term care insurance unless the producer has demonstrated knowledge of long-term care insurance and the appropriateness of such insurance by passing a test required by this state and maintaining appropriate licenses.16.2 Producers shall comply with the licensing provisions contained in 18 Del.C. Ch. 17 and 18 DE Admin. Code 504, as the same may be amended or supplemented relating to lines of authority and examinations, respectively.18 Del. Admin. Code § 1404-16.0
