Section 4467-1.0 - Preamble1.1 These Regulations as amended are approved by the Division of Public Health on February 27, 1989, pursuant to the authority invested by 16Del.C.§ 122(3) a, b, c, d and g. These Regulations, as amended, provide a system of inspection of such facilities and establish procedures for their enforcement.1.2 These Regulations, as amended, supersede regulations previously adopted by the Division of Public Health and have an effective date of April 1, 1989.16 Del.
