Section 4465-X-1.0 - Scope and Purpose1.1 This Part establishes requirements, for which the registrant is responsible, for use of therapeutic radiation machines. The provisions of this Part are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable provisions of the regulations.1.2 The use of therapeutic radiation machines shall be by, or under the supervision of, a licensed practitioner who is also a physician, and who meets the training/experience criteria established by Part X, Section 3, as applicable.16 Del.
