Section 4465-D-32.0 - Exemptions to Labeling Requirements for Radiation Machines32.1 A licensee or registrant is not required to label radiation machines if:32.1.1 The area or room is subject to the licensee's or registrant's control and precautions are taken to prevent the exposure of individuals to sources of radiation in excess of the limits established in Part D.16 Del. Admin. Code § 4465-D-32.0
