Section 4104-5.0 - Applicability

These procedures apply to the following:

5.1 All J-1 physicians seeking a J-1 visa waiver under PL 103-416 for employment in Delaware.

5.2 All sponsoring sites seeking approval to hire a J-1 physician under the J-1 Visa Waiver program.

5.3 All DHSS employees processing J-1 visa waivers under PL 103-416.
