Section 4101-5.0 - Penalties

Any person or organization required to report the diagnosis or treatment of a birth defect pursuant to these regulations, and who violates these regulations, shall be subject to a fine of up to $100 for each violation, pursuant to 16Del.C.Sec. 206. Justices of the Peace Courts have jurisdiction over such violations.
