Section 938-IV-47.0 - Sanitation47.1 A licensee shall ensure that areas and equipment listed in subsection 47.2 are washed with soap and water and then disinfected as required. For sanitizing and disinfecting, a licensee shall ensure one of the following is used: an EPA-registered product, a commercially prepared product, or a bleach and water solution. If a bleach and water solution is used, it must be prepared daily. 47.1.1 A licensee shall follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.47.1.2 These products must be labeled with the contents.47.1.3 Their instructions for use must be available at all times.47.2 A licensee shall ensure staff members wash with a soap and water solution and then disinfect the following equipment, items, or surfaces, as listed in the table in this subsection: After Each Use: | At Least Daily: | At Least Weekly: |
* Food preparation and eating surfaces such as counters and non-porous tables; and | * Toilet and toilet seats; | * non-porous toys; and |
