Section 938-III-35.0 - Child Attendance35.1 A licensee shall keep an accurate daily written or electronic record of each child's attendance including the exact arrival and departure times and group assignments. A licensee shall keep these records for at least three months.35.2 At the close of the camp's operation, a licensee shall submit a list of all the children who attended camp to OCCL.14 Del. Admin.
