Section 934-IV-54.0 - Care of Children54.1 There is a maximum number of consecutive hours of care a licensee may provide. A licensee shall care for children no more than 17 hours within a day, with at least seven (7) uninterrupted hours of rest. No other work may occur during the hours of rest.54.2 A licensee shall be present and providing child care at all times except during the limited use of a substitute.14 Del. Admin. Code § 934-IV-54.0
