Section 611-12.0 - Charter School Students12.1 A charter school, subject to the limitations of 14 Del.C. § 504A(8), shall pursue referral of any student meeting the requirements of subsection 1.2 into a Consortium Discipline Alternative Program pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 16 of Title 14 of the Delaware Code.12.2 To the extent applicable, a charter school placing a student in a Consortium Discipline Alternative Program shall be subject to the provisions of this regulation.14 Del.
