Section 1574-6.0 - Validity of a Standard Certificate6.1 A Teacher of Students Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing Standard Certificate is valid regardless of the assignment or employment status of the holder provided that the Educator's License remains current and valid.6.2 A Teacher of Students Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing Standard Certificate is not subject to renewal.14 Del.
