This regulation shall apply to the issuance of a Special Education Director Standard Certificate pursuant to 14 Del.C. § 1220(a). This Standard Certificate is required for all persons serving in the position of a director, supervisor, or local educational agency (LEA) leadership who are working in Delaware public schools and are responsible for special education program planning, implementation, compliance, and evaluation.
