Section 1517-10.0 - Validity of a Paraeducator Permit10.1 For an applicant who applied for and met the requirements of the Paraeducator Permit under subsections 3.1.1 or 3.1.2, the Paraeducator Permit is issued for a period of 5 years.10.2 For an applicant who applied for and met the requirements for renewal of the applicant's Paraeducator Permit under Section 8.0, the Paraeducator Permit may be renewed for a 5-year period.14 Del.
