Section 206-10.0 - Approval of Internal Control System10.1 Internet lottery games shall not be offered without the system of internal procedures and administrative and accounting controls used to govern the operations of the Internet lottery system being approved by the Director. 10.2 The agent and the technology provider shall submit a description of the system of internal procedures and administrative and accounting controls which shall be used to govern the operations of the Internet lottery system for approval by the Director. Criteria for Evaluation
10.3 The internal control system shall be evaluated for conformance to the rules and regulations of the agency and any standards established in the MICS, and be satisfactory to the Director in his sole discretion.10 Del. Admin. Code § 206-10.0
