Section 202-25.0 - Declaratory Rulings by the Lottery Office25.1 On petition of any interested person, the Director may issue a declaratory ruling with respect to the applicability to any person, property or state of facts of any rule or statute enforceable by it, or the Director may refer such matters to the State Attorney General for such disposition.25.2 In the case of any matter concerning which a Declaratory ruling is brought for appeal, the petitioner may be represented by an attorney.10 Del.
