Section 702-1-2.0 - Existing Buildings2.1 Determination of Hazard; Correction.2.1.1 Whenever the State Fire Prevention Commission finds a building to be a hazard so inimical to the safety of the public so as to require correction, in accordance with 16 Del.C. § 6603, the applicable existing occupancy sections of the Life Safety Code, NFPA 101, shall be used to provide a reasonable level of safety. In addition, the State Fire Marshal may use other Regulations, codes and standards as a guide in achieving a reasonable level of safety.1 Del. Admin. Code § 702-1-2.0
