Section 7-169h-9 - Facilities(a)Premises required to be open for inspection. The premises where sealed tickets are distributed or sold or where it is intended that any sealed ticket activity be conducted shall, at reasonable times, including normal business hours, be open to inspection by the commissioner or his duly appointed representatives.Conn.
