Section 53-278c-3 - Approval of an application; renewal(a) Once granted, an approval shall remain in effect for one year from the date of issuance, unless suspended or revoked for cause. If an approval is not renewed as provided in this section, it shall be deemed to have lapsed at the end of the one-year period.(b) Any approval issued by the Commissioner may be renewed by submitting a written request to the Commissioner, together with such supporting documentation as the Commissioner may require.(c) An application for renewal shall be submitted no later than 60 days before the date that the approval then in effect expires. Failure to request renewal in a timely manner shall also result in the application being processed as an initial application, rather than as a renewal.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 53-278c-3
