Section 46a-54-94a - Final decisions and orders; correction(a) Final decisions and orders shall contain the names and addresses of the parties and intervenors, findings of fact, conclusions of law, the analysis by the presiding officer and an appropriate order and such other information as may be required by chapter 54 of the Connecticut General Statutes.(b) The presiding officer may modify a final decision to correct clerical errors in accordance with section 4-181a(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes.(c) The presiding officer shall enter final orders with respect to each respondent.Conn.
