Conn. Agencies Regs. § 46a-54-20a

If the last day of any timeframe contained in chapter 814c of the Connecticut General Statutes or section 46a-54-1 a to section 46a-54-131, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies falls on a day on which the commission's office is closed, any paper may be filed or any required action may be taken on the next business day the commission's office is open. Such filing or action shall have the same legal force and effect as if made or taken prior to the expiration of the timeframe. Nothing herein shall be construed to apply to court proceedings.
