Section 46a-68-97 - Affirmative action plan reporting periods(a) All agencies shall file an affirmative action plan with reporting periods and filing dates established by the executive director of the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities pursuant to section 46a-68(g) of the Connecticut General Statutes.(b) Agencies shall have thirty (30) days after its affirmative action plan filing schedule to make corrections to such plan.Conn.
