Section 38a-528-11 - Requirement to deliver shopper's guideA long-term care insurance shopper's guide approved by the Commissioner shall be provided to all prospective applicants for a long-term care insurance certificate.
(a) In the case of agent solicitations, an agent shall deliver the shopper's guide prior to the presentation of an application.(b) In the case of direct response solicitations, the shopper's guide shall be presented in conjunction with any application.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 38a-528-11
