Section 31-376-8 - Filing(a) Prior to the assignment of a case to a Hearing Officer, all papers shall be filed with the Secretary. Subsequent to the assignment of a case to a Hearing Officer, and before the issuance of his decision, all papers shall be filed with the Hearing Officer. Subsequent to issuance of the decision of the Hearing Officer, all papers shall be filed with the Secretary.(b) Unless otherwise ordered, all filings may be accomplished by first class mail.(c) Filing is deemed effected at the time of mailing.Conn.
