Section 31-91-51 - Request for expedited arbitration(a) Upon mutual request by both parties to a dispute, the board will process the dispute according to the following expedited arbitration procedure. (1) There shall be no stenographic record;(2) There shall be no briefs;(3) There shall be no written opinion accompanying the award;(4) A single arbitrator may hear the case at the option of the parties;(5) All other requirements of the board's regulations concerning arbitration, which are not in conflict with this section, shall apply;(6) Arbitrability may not be claimed; and(7) Only one day of hearings shall be allowed for each case.Conn.
