Section 29-223-14a - Operator and apprentice qualifications(a) An operator or apprentice shall be 18 years of age or older.(b) An operator or apprentice shall meet the physical requirements of regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, at 49 CFR 391.41.(c) An operator shall successfully complete the licensing examination.Conn.
