Section 22a-30-16 - Conflict and severance(a)Conflict with other regulations. Where there is a conflict between the provisions of these regulations and those of any other regulation administered by the department, the provisions of the regulation which imposes the most stringent standards for the use of the wetland shall govern.(b)Invalidity of certain parts of regulations. The invalidity of any word, clause, sentence, section, part or provision of these regulations shall not affect the validity of any other part which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.Conn.
