Section 22a-3-2a - Requests for information(a) Requests for information should be made, whenever possible, directly to the unit in possession of the requested information. When the particular unit is not known or when information is requested concerning overall departmental matters, requests should be directed to the Director of Information and Education, Department of Environmental Protection, State Office Building, Hartford, Connecticut 06115. (b) There is no prescribed form for requests for information. They should be sufficiently specific to permit easy identification of the information requested.
