Section 22a-69-1.4 - Incorporation by reference(a) The specifications, standards and codes of agencies of the U.S. Government and organizations which are not agencies of the U.S. Government, to the extent that they are legally incorporated by reference in these Regulations, have the same force and effect as other standards in these Regulations.(b) These specifications, standards and codes may be examined at the Office of Noise Control, Department of Environmental Protection, State of Connecticut.(c) Any changes in the specifications, standards and codes incorporated in these Regulations are available at the Office listed in (b) above.
