Section 17b-262-698 - Services not coveredThe department shall not pay for:
(1) anything not explicitly allowed pursuant to section 17b-262-697 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies;(2) information provided to the client over the telephone;(3) cancelled visits or services not provided;(4) any services provided by a public health dental hygienist free of charge to non-Medicaid clients;(5) anything of an unproven, experimental or research nature, or for services in excess of those deemed medically necessary or medically appropriate by the department to treat a client's condition, or for services not directly related to the client's diagnosis, symptoms, or medical history; or(6) any services provided by a public health dental hygienist in a dental office, a dental clinic or a location other than those set forth in section 17b-262-697(b)(5) of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.Conn.
