Section 17b-262-695 - Provider participation(a) In order to participate in Medicaid and receive payment from the department, all providers shall meet and maintain all departmental enrollment requirements as set forth in sections 17b-262-522 to 17b-262-533, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.(b) All dental hygienists who participate in Medicaid shall be public health dental hygienists.Conn.
