Section 17b-262-710 - Rates(a) The per diem rates for nursing facilities services are determined annually pursuant to section 17b-340 of the Connecticut general statutes and sections 17-311-1 to 17-311-209, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.(b) the department shall reimburse the nursing facility at the lower of:(1) the per diem rate minus the applied income; or(2) the usual and customary charge minus the applied income.Conn.
