Section 17b-262-659 - Payment rate(a) The commissioner establishes the fees contained in the provider's fee schedule pursuant to section 4-67c of the Connecticut General Statutes.(b) Payment rates for physicians and physician groups are found in the department's fee schedule for physicians' services.(c) Payment rates for dialysis services performed by freestanding dialysis clinics shall be based on the fee published by the department and contained in the department's fee schedule for clinics.(d) Payment rates for dialysis services performed in a hospital on an inpatient basis are paid through the inpatient hospital interim per diem rate and published in the department's fee schedule for general hospital inpatient services.(e) Payment rates for dialysis services performed in a hospital on an outpatient basis are paid as published in the department's fee schedule for general hospital outpatient services.Conn.
