Section 17b-262-786 - Services not covered(a) The department shall not pay a chronic disease hospital that is characterized as an institution for mental diseases except for services to clients aged 65 and older or under age 22 in accordance with section 17-134d-68 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies and 42 CFR 435.1009.(b) The department shall not reimburse any provider for any costs incurred before the authorized length-of-stay period or after the expiration of the specified length-of-stay period.Conn.
