Section 17a-227-10 - Policies and procedures(a) The administrator shall be responsible for the overall management, operation and provision of services within the residence.(b) The administrator shall be knowledgeable of the nature, needs, development and management of programs for individuals with mental retardation.(c) Policies required by regulation as necessary for the operation of the residence shall be current within two years, signed by the administrator or his designee, available to staff, clients and the commissioner or his designee, implemented and followed.Conn.
