Section 17a-210-4 - Self-administration of medications in residential facilities, respite centers, day programs or community training homes(a) Consumers shall be determined to possess the ability to self-administer medication through a process approved by the department.(b) Consumers, who are able to self-administer medication as defined in subsection (ee) of section 17a-210-1 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, may do so, provided a licensed prescriber writes an order for self-administration.Conn.
