Section 17-210a-32 - Investigative hearings

The commissioner may hold investigative hearings for the purpose of (1) ascertaining compliance with any statute or regulation within the department's jurisdiction to administer or enforce; or (2) receiving information concerning any matter which reasonably may be the subject of regulation by the department. The commissioner shall provide reasonable notice of any such hearing to all interested persons and the general public.
