Section 17-227-14f - Medical staffA. There shall be a medical staff consisting of at least one physician licensed in Connecticut and specializing in psychiatry, and said staff shall establish bylaws that are designed to ensure the achievement and maintenance of high standards of professional ethical practice.B. The medical staff shall assure the patients' rights to physical and psychiatric examinations and treatment according to a specialized treatment plan as guaranteed under Section 17-206c and 17-206f of the Connecticut General Statutes.Conn.
