Section 17-603-9 - Fair hearing decision(a) The fair hearing decision shall be based exclusively on evidence admitted to the record, or officially noticed by the hearing officer.(b) The fair hearing decision shall: (1) summarize the facts; and(2) identify the evidence and legal authority supporting the decision.Conn.
