Section 16a-23a-3 - Effective date of regulation(a) Section 1 of these regulations shall become effective immediately upon filing with the Office of the Secretary of the State; and(b) Section 2 of these regulations shall become effective thirty days after filing with the Office of the Secretary of the State.Conn.
