A person who applies for a Greenways commemorative number plate shall pay the following fees, which shall be deposited in the Greenways commemorative account except for the amount designated for administrative costs as identified hereinafter:
(a) Fifty dollars ($50.00) for a number plate with letters and numbers selected by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, of which fifteen dollars ($15.00) shall be deposited in an account controlled by the Department of Motor Vehicles for administrative costs. The fee shall include a donation to the Greenways commemorative account of thirty-five dollars ($35.00); or(b) Seventy dollars ($70.00) plus the required special plate fees for a new low number or vanity plate, fifty-five dollars ($55.00) of which will be deposited in the Greenways commemorative account.Conn.
